My approach to counseling is very experiential in nature. This means that in our time together we will work to create a shift in your experience that will provide you with a new possibility and a tangible change to occur in your life.
My work with couples tends to be experiential and dynamic in nature. This means that we will focus on the here and now to get underneath the repetitive patterns that have couples feeling frustrated, stuck and hopeless.
In working with families, my aim is to honor each and every member's feelings and experiences, and to create a safe and nurturing context that promotes greater vulnerability, understanding, connection, and trust.
